Terms Of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the organization's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms Of Service. These terms govern the use of the services and any related content offered by the organization. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must not use the services.

Use of Services

Services are provided subject to compliance with applicable laws and these terms. Users must not misuse the services, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the normal operation of the services. Where accounts are created, users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity that occurs under those credentials. The organization reserves the right to suspend or restrict access for accounts that engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in materials created and provided by the organization remain the property of the organization or its licensors, unless a separate written agreement specifies otherwise. Users are granted only the rights expressly set forth in any client agreement. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of proprietary materials without consent is prohibited. Where deliverables are transferred under contract, usage rights are defined in the applicable agreement and may include restrictions on redistribution or resale.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the organization and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The aggregate liability of the organization for any claim arising from or relating to the services shall be limited to the amounts actually paid by the client to the organization under the applicable engagement during the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms set forth in the applicable agreement. The organization may suspend or terminate access to services immediately for conduct that violates these terms or applicable laws, or for failure to pay fees when due. Upon termination, users must cease all use of the services and, where required, return or destroy materials provided under the engagement. Certain provisions—such as confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitation of liability—survive termination.

Changes to Terms

The organization may update these terms from time to time. When changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided, and continued use of the services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. It is the responsibility of users to review the terms periodically to ensure they remain informed of any changes.
